By using the Roast My Car app, you accept the following terms of service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use the app.

2. PURPOSE OF THE APP

The Roast My Car app was created solely for entertainment and humorous purposes. All comments generated by AI are fictional and should not be taken seriously.

3. DISCLAIMER

• The app does NOT intend to offend, humiliate, or personally attack anyone.
• Comments refer only to vehicles visible in photos, not their owners.
• App creators are not responsible for any emotional, psychological, or material damage resulting from app usage.
• Users use the app at their own risk.

4. PRIVACY & DATA

4.1 Photo Processing

• OpenAI Processing: Uploaded photos are temporarily sent to OpenAI's servers for AI analysis and roast generation. Photos are processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy and data usage terms.
• We do NOT permanently store photos on our servers after generating roasts.
• Photos may be temporarily cached during processing but are automatically deleted after completion.

4.2 Analytics and Monitoring

• Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (app opens, feature usage, crashes) to improve app performance and user experience.
• Firebase Crashlytics: We use Firebase Crashlytics for continuous monitoring of app stability and automatic crash reporting to maintain app quality.
• Data Collection: Analytics data is collected anonymously and is NOT linked directly to individual users or devices.
• No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or stored.

4.3 Data Security

• All data transmission occurs over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where applicable.
• We use OpenAI API in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Users declare they have rights to uploaded photos.
• Generated roasts are the property of the user.
• The app and its source code are protected by copyright.

6. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

• Using the app for illegal purposes is prohibited.
• Uploading offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
• Attempting to bypass app security is prohibited.
